Tap into a workout plan that is fully customized and client-centered through a biopsychosocial approach
How it Works?
STep 1: complete Health and fitness questionnaire.
The form takes around 10-15 MINUTES
the form consists of 7 sections, including Health and medical history, family history, lifestyle and habits
Step 2: you will receive an individualized plan based on the alotted time purchased and an initial consultation call will be done to answer any questions or specify any details needed you have.
step 3: the work begins! half-Way through your plan I will do a check-in to assess progress and see if any adjustMENTS need to be made.
step 4: after completed workout plan time. reassess. repurchase and recieve a new plan or continue with an elevated plan (new exercises or variations)!
Pricing
Base payment:
$30 for 2 month plan
$35 for 3 month plan
Subscription: (after base payment)
$15 for each following 2 months up to 6 months
$20 for each following 3 months up to 6 months
(after 6 months I recommend starting with a new plan for adjusted goals and new exercises)
